· Want clear vision without glasses or contacts

· Have had a stable prescription for at least a year

· Are not pregnant or nursing

· Are age 18 or older

· Have good overall health

· Have healthy corneas

· Have realistic expectations

· Are aware of the risks and possible complications

· Do not have an autoimmune disease or other major illness

· Are not currently taking medications that might slow healing

· Do not have severe dry eye syndrome
